Order Processing
Most retail orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Wholesale orders are scheduled and dispatched as per mutually agreed timelines.
Delivery Timelines
Orders within India typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote locations can take slightly longer. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Applicable retail shipping charges are displayed during checkout or communicated during discussion. Freight charges for wholesale consignments are quoted separately based on order size, destination, and transport mode.
Delays & Support

Damaged or Missing Parcels
