Returns
If you wish to return any item you have purchased from us, then you must do so within one working day once the shipment is delivered.
However, there are certain conditions we require you to comply with in order to help make the process smoother.
- The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as when you bought it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You will, understandably, be required to furnish a receipt or proof of purchase for the item you wish to return.
- In case your reason for return is that the item is damaged, then you must click a picture and present it to us as proof of damage. If there is any other issue, please clarify that and present some evidence on that part.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we shall notify you of the same. We will then inspect the item to check for the issue or damage, as reported by you. After the inspection is done, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
If the return is accepted and approved, then we shall promptly initiate your refund payment. The amount shall be credited to you within a few days, depending upon the mode of payment used regarding these matters.
Shipping
It must be pointed out that any shipping costs which arise from the process of return must be covered by you. Return shipping is not included as part of our refund policy, and you must bear that amount.
A final request — as you can understand, these processes take time, and we are committed to making sure that the utmost care is taken in matters of customer satisfaction. So do have patience with us in case any such issue or delay crops up.
